Wisconsin Child & Adult Care Food Program Sponsors Forum |

The Wisconsin Sponsors Forum is made up of representatives from each of the six Wisconsin Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsors. The Forum was formed in 1993 to support the development of procedures and resources to benefit Wisconsin family child care providers on the CACFP. The six CACFP sponsors in Wisconsin are 4C For Children, Inc., 4-C Community Coordinated Child Care, Child Care Centers of Marshfield, Horizons Unlimited, Inc., Western Dairyland, and Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA). We work with one another and with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to promote the CACFP and to provide access across the state of Wisconsin.
